BEST OF MOTORRAD DAYS 2014

THIS YEAR'S COLLECTED GREATEST MOMENTS.

Mountains, sun and motorcycles. This year the BMW Motorrad Days attracted around 40,000 visitors to Garmisch-Partenkirchen again. The diverse program had something to offer for every taste including group ride-aways, panoramic tours into the mountains, customizer stands and exhibitor tents. And of course there was a tremendous amount of action: The Street Bike Freestyle professional Mattie Griffin got the crowd gaping in awe. Just like the "Original Motodrome" hellriders who defied the laws of physics on the Wall of Death yet again.
Every enduro enthusiast had the chance to test his or her skills in the enduro park or at the specially designated GS Taster Trophy.

BMW MOTORRAD DAYS 2013

LAST YEAR'S HIGHLIGHTS

BMW Motorrad Days was a resounding success in 2013, too. In fact there was even more to celebrate: the 90th anniversary of BMW Motorrad. Over 40,000 visitors celebrated nine decades of Bavarian motorcycling craftsmanship and enjoyed countless program features. These included a special exhibition of historical BMW motorcycles over a surface area of 500 square metres. And the "Original Motodrom" - the world's oldest wall of death where daring motorcycle acrobats defy the laws of physics. One particular highlight was the Classic Boxer Sprint: 32 BMW flat twins thrilled well over 1,000 spectators as they battled it out in a knock-out competition over a distance of one furlong. The Birthday Box was also provided so that everyone could send their own personal birthday wishes to BMW Motorrad.
