Pioneering plant in Berlin

In accordance with the BMW Group iFactory concept, we are also working on making it possible for our plant in Berlin to avoid the use of fossil fuels as much as possible. Today all procured electricity is already generated by renewable energies and the remaining CO2 emissions are offset by certificates. In an effort to conserve resources, we are also continuously working on reducing our consumption of water, electricity and materials. Ergonomic and safe workplace design helps maintain the health and performance of our employees.
