Patagonia Austral
This guided offroad motorcycle tour takes you through one of the most remote and spectacular regions of South America. Experience Patagonia, where the roads get rougher, the landscapes more expansive, and the riding more intense. Endless gravel roads, legendary routes like the Carretera Austral and Ruta 40, and the wilderness between Chile and Argentina make this trip a true adventure on two wheels.

A journey through the wild heart of Patagonia
The journey begins in Puerto Varas, from where several ferries will take you across lakes, through fjords, and past dense forests to the Carretera Austral. On varied gravel and back roads, you’ll delve deep into the Patagonian wilderness, pass through the Mañihuales National Reserve, and reach the impressive Lake General Carrera. In Puerto Río Tranquilo, you’ll have a rest day – ideal for optional excursions like the famous Marble Caves. After crossing the border at Chile Chico, vast landscapes and long stretches along the lake open up on the Argentine side. Via Esquel and through Los Alerces National Park, the route continues northward before Ruta 40 and the Seven Lakes Road – two of South America’s most famous motorcycle routes – lead you to Bariloche. Via the Cardenal Samoré Pass and with a view of the Osorno volcano, you’ll finally return to Chile. Covering approximately 2,500 kilometers, about 40% of which are easily navigable gravel roads, this tour is designed for experienced onroad riders with very good offroad skills who want to experience Patagonia in depth.
